While currently an independent contractor, I am not earning enough and there are also no benefits provided so I started searching for jobs locally especially in Business Process Outsourcing as its easier to entry here.
Role here is Customer Service Rep. Business account is One Main Financial, a personal loan and credit card business. This is my first time working as front-desk. Kinda stressful, I am inexperienced at this field at that time and management is something else entirely when it comes to negative work life balance.
